Make Sure you pack an essentials box...

Understandably when you are moving house your thinking of the bigger picture, will this go there, how will this look, is everything packed & the like. But most importantly & easily forgotten is to pack an essentials box. This is generally made up of items required on the last night of leaving your old house & the first night of your new house. The box should contain your toiletries & any required medication, small snacks, pet food (if you have a pet),light clothing, garbage bags & a small tool kit & a few other items that may come to mind. Of course most importantly if you need to book a removalist, best done well in advance go to click here and search for one in your area. Be sure that you do not pack the essentials box in the removalists truck, as it is best carried in your own vehicle. Generally as a rule the essentials box is the last one packed & the first one opened.

Declutter before you move to save money

and and at the same time feel better with less stuff!

Item's are accumulated in all of our homes, where we often find ourselves with so many things we just don't need or simply can't be used because they are broken or even outdated. Ask yourself do you really want to bring these things with you when you move? It's easy, just go through your house & work out what you don't need & get rid of it. Now this can be done in a number of ways, have a garage sale, go online & sell your unwanted items on eBay or craigslist or just give away to your local charity. Right about now you should start to be feeling pretty good with yourself, not only have you decluttered but you have saved on removal costs too. Now to explore your options for removal companies in your area go to Removalists Choice. Don't stop now your on a roll here, do you really need that giant CD collection when you already have most of those songs downloaded on your ipod or iphone. Or all of those kids toys you only bought them last Christmas that they have grown out of. Ok you get the idea & what's more save money too.

Well its coming up to that time of year particularly after Easter and you have been caravaning around the countryside in the warmer months of Spring & Summer and your starting to consider about putting your caravan into hibernation over late Autumn & Winter. Rather than taking up space in your driveway or parking it on your front lawn it certainly pays to store your caravan at a self storage facility for Melbourne caravan storage click here Sydney click here Brisbane click here Perth click here & Adelaide click here most facilities have a reasonable fee particularly National Storage. A couple of tips would be to make sure your caravan is thoroughly cleaned & sealed to keep any vermin out. Also be sure to empty all of the water systems & remove the filters too.
