Make Sure you pack an essentials box...

Understandably when you are moving house your thinking of the bigger picture, will this go there, how will this look, is everything packed & the like. But most importantly & easily forgotten is to pack an essentials box. This is generally made up of items required on the last night of leaving your old house & the first night of your new house. The box should contain your toiletries & any required medication, small snacks, pet food (if you have a pet),light clothing, garbage bags & a small tool kit & a few other items that may come to mind. Of course most importantly if you need to book a removalist, best done well in advance go to click here and search for one in your area. Be sure that you do not pack the essentials box in the removalists truck, as it is best carried in your own vehicle. Generally as a rule the essentials box is the last one packed & the first one opened.
